Do you offer one-off commercial cleans?

Yes. We offer one-off cleans including deep cleans, end-of-lease cleans, post-construction cleans, and event cleans. No ongoing commitment required.

What is included in a standard commercial clean?

A standard commercial clean typically includes vacuuming and mopping all floors, wiping down desks, benches and surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas, emptying bins, and spot-cleaning glass and internal windows. The exact scope is agreed with you upfront and documented in a cleaning checklist.

Can I customise the scope of work?

Are your cleaners police-checked?

Yes. All Nexus Kleen cleaners hold current police clearance certificates. This is a non-negotiable requirement for everyone who works with us.

Will I have the same cleaner every visit?

We always aim to send the same cleaner to your site so they become familiar with your space and preferences. While we cannot guarantee the same person every single visit, consistency is our goal. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we will let you know and arrange a suitable replacement.

What happens if my regular cleaner is sick or on leave?

Our management team will arrange a cover clean. The replacement cleaner will be properly inducted to your site beforehand to ensure a smooth, consistent clean with no disruption to your business.

What happens if something is accidentally damaged during a clean?

If anything is damaged by one of our cleaners, we will ensure it is replaced or that you are appropriately compensated. We carry $20 million in public liability insurance.

How often should my office be cleaned?

It depends on the size of your team and the foot traffic your space gets. A small office with 5 to 10 people might need a clean once or twice a week. A busy office with 50+ staff or high client traffic may need daily cleaning. We will advise the right frequency for your situation when we come out for a quote.

Can cleaning be done after hours or on weekends?

Yes. We clean outside business hours including evenings and Saturdays at no extra charge. Many clients prefer after-hours cleaning so there is no disruption during the day.

Can you clean during business hours?

Yes, if required. We can work around your team and schedule cleaning during the day where needed.

Do you clean on public holidays?

Yes. We operate on public holidays for clients who require it. Public holiday cleans are charged at double the standard rate.

How much notice do I need to reschedule a clean?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or skip an individual clean.
